The daffodils have started
Forsythia
the honey suckle is getting started
driving to a neighbours I saw these forsythia
a cardinal in the background behind the budding spirea
the lawn is spotted with viola in many places
growing in back of the barn
these daffodils aren't quite ready yet
my fancy barberry is coming right along
the tomatoes for the garden, the empty flat is green peppers which are sprouted now. Most of the tomatoes are pricked out and in cell packs now.
tulips on the street are just beginning to open
the purple lilac beginning
the white lilac following along.
The sturdy, but not great plums are really going. They will make a good jam
This is the first year the pear has really showed promise.
And so spring begins
