Chuck's photo corner to Sept. 19, 2025

Well it's pretty much the end of summer and boy has it been a dry one. Temps supposed to go down to 5c tonight. I'll be bringing in my more tropical indoor plants today from the front porch. They get a spray of warm soapy water first.

Sunrise this morning.

pretty much done, cleanup and final row of cut shingles next to the house to go.

sedum, autumn joy

lots of tomatoes left to preserve yet

I was very happy with these guys, been eating one in sandwiches every other day.

I do enjoy these malva , they are a perennial

jet trail

looking at how dry the lawn looks

starting the last section of porch roof, shadows getting longer each day.

it's been misty a few morning this week.

the pampas begins to bloom

not sure what species but getting overgrown these day.

picked all the apples hanging below my waist yesterday, the best grow above that

potentilla, the pink seems less each year, I'm going to move this guy to a better spot.

hibiscus still going strong.

a wild clover, flowers are great to eat.

taking the apples off to Rachelle's today, we will make some apple butter.
