Chuck's photo corner to Nov. 10, 2025

The snow has started as it usually does this time of year. I do enjoy the lingering fall colours with the white background. The visibility driving home from grocery shopping during yesterday's snow storm at 4:30 in the dark was horrid. Seasonal climate change always has it's pluses and minuses, the frozen air is so clear crisp and clean.

I had to put this guy in a bigger pot this year, the old pot was not heavy enough to keep it standing.

Driving home from grocery shopping, at 4:30 in the afternoon. Looking at the USA across the river.

Snow this morning in the Laurentians

The christmas cactus knows what time of year it is.

These guys get a plant light over them to enhance our short winter days.
The lemon tree on the left we started from seed.

The cherry tree is finally turning.

It took us three trailer loads to get this spring cut maple home.

Snow happened in the Laurentians a day before it arrived in Cardinal

The first snow of the year.

This 5 year+ old wood doesn't provide heat for long, and the wood we cut this fall won't be ready to burn till next winter. The maple we just brought home is amazing, it burns hot, clean and long.

Enjoy your day
