It's been somewhat snowy and cold this past couple of week. Snowier and colder than average for this time of year in Cardinal. Looks like a white Christmas for sure. They are calling for a big rain in a few days however so who knows.

The end of my drive home yesterday 4:00 pm. What a grueling drive it was snowing most of the way. Cars in the ditch, accidents on the road. Then 45 min. just to shovel the snow plow pile at the end of the driveway.

driving home from grocery shopping last week, a flock of about 20 swans.

They were in the water and on the shore.

an old friend was stopping by so we baked a cake. lol A carrot cake.

Rachelle's drinking water source. This past week was much colder and the stream is now completely snow covered.
