Chuck's photo corner to Oct. 19, 2025

It's been another no rain week with clear and cloudy days, warmer and colder highs. I cut the lawn for the second last time (after replacing the mowers idler pulley ). The last cut will be after the leaves have fallen and I can mow them to bits / dust. Pulled the dahlias, harvested most of the parsley and the rabbit eaten carrots.

The front yard maples, both planted as seedlings at the same time.

a pail of dahlia bulbs for storage

most of the top eaten off by rabbits, I think the rose canes have been my best defence, I'll have to get back to them.

I put the bird feed out, this year my new door video cam will be focused on the feeders more than the driveway, lol

still going strong

you can see the moon in this pic as the clouds tell of changing weather. (near the top just right of center)
